These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NAAFDANA website (https://naafdana.in) and any orders, dealer agreements or supply arrangements with NORTHERN ANIMATED ANIMAL FEED PVT. LTD. (NAAF DANA) (“NAAFDANA”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
01 — Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or transacting with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not place an order.
02 — Use of the Website
You may browse, link to, and use the publicly available content for personal and lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or system associated with the site.
- Reproduce, redistribute or republish content without our written permission.
- Use any data on the site (including product specifications) to misrepresent NAAFDANA products.
03 — Products & Pricing
Product names, descriptions, packaging, ingredient lists, and nutritional values shown on the site are for general information. Actual product specifications may vary based on batch, season, and regional formulations. We reserve the right to update product information without prior notice.
Pricing is not displayed publicly on this website. Quotations for retail, bulk, dealer, distributor, or export orders are issued individually by our sales team and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
04 — Orders & Bulk Supply
An enquiry submitted through the website (Quick Enquiry, Dealership form, Contact form, or Technical Support form) is an expression of interest, not a binding order. A binding order is created only when:
- NAAFDANA issues a written quotation;
- You confirm that quotation in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed purchase order); and
- The agreed advance / payment terms (where applicable) are met.
NAAFDANA reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion, including based on stock availability, credit risk, or geographic supply feasibility.
05 — Payment Terms
Payment terms (advance, credit period, mode of payment) are agreed individually for each order or dealer relationship. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are exclusive of applicable GST and other statutory levies.
Late or partial payments may attract interest at the rate stated in the relevant invoice or supply agreement.
06 — Delivery & Logistics
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on order size, destination, transporter availability, weather, and applicable inter-state or cross-border permits. NAAFDANA is not liable for losses arising from delays caused by transporters, force majeure, or regulatory checks.
Cross-border supply (Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh) is subject to all applicable export, import, and FSSAI/regulatory requirements of the destination country, which the purchasing party is responsible for.
07 — Dealer & Distributor Agreements
Dealer, distributor, and C&F appointments are governed by a separate written agreement that supersedes any informal understanding. The dealer enquiry on this website is the start of an evaluation process and does not by itself create an agreement.
Once appointed, dealers are expected to maintain product handling and storage standards as advised by NAAFDANA, and to represent the brand truthfully to end customers.
08 — Returns, Refunds & Replacement
Animal feed is a perishable product. Returns are accepted only in the following cases, and only when raised within the time-frame stated on the invoice:
- Visible damage to packaging on receipt, reported in writing the same day with photographs.
- Manufacturing defects identified within the product’s declared shelf life.
- Wrong product or quantity delivered against the agreed order.
Replacement, credit, or refund (at NAAFDANA’s discretion) will be processed after inspection. Returns due to change of mind, downstream demand changes, or storage handling issues at the customer’s end are not accepted.
09 — Intellectual Property
The NAAFDANA name, logo, “NAAF DANA”, “Gold” and other product brand marks, packaging design, photography, and the layout and copy of this website are the property of NAAFDANA / NORTHERN ANIMATED ANIMAL FEED PVT. LTD. (NAAF DANA) and protected under applicable trademark and copyright law. No use of these is permitted without our prior written consent, except for normal product reference by appointed dealers and distributors.
10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NAAFDANA’s total liability for any claim arising out of the use of the website, the products, or any supply relationship shall not exceed the value of the specific order or invoice giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including but not limited to loss of profit, livestock, or business opportunity.
Technical support and farming advice provided by NAAFDANA are offered in good faith and based on general industry guidance. They are not a substitute for veterinary or agronomic professional advice for a specific situation.
11 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.
12 — Changes to These Terms
NAAFDANA may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
